Main Objectives
O The Production Planning Team is in charge of the direct production and schedules in the factory. 
   Those who can carry out effective production plans and management to maximize daily output
   are encouraged to apply for jobs. In this position you’ll be part of a team that leads production planning and you’ll be responsible for the whole 
   operation from material plan till finish good is picked up from the factory
 
Key Responsibilities
O Production Plans :
  - Planning and managing schedules for each process of lithium secondary battery manufacturing
  - Coordinate production workflow for one or multiple products
  - Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay
  - Determine manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand
  - Assign workers and other staff to particular production operations
  - Schedule shift according to production needs
O Production Management : 
  - Process and production management
  - Analyze production performance and derive and implement improvement points
O (Priority) ERP Set-up : 
  - 2nd phase ERP set-up and manage that will include all the production module
O Supply Chain Management (SCM) Scalability 
O Work closely with other departments including R&D, Engineering, Purchasing, QM, Warehouse and others
O Close communication with Headquarters
 
Desired Qualifications
O Min. 12 years of experience working manufacturing production management and planning 
     (Preferred from the battery industry)
O Experience with ERP systems & Microsoft Office, strong proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint
O Strong analytical & communication skills
O Excellent English skills - a must
O BSC in Industrial Engineering Management
