Technical Account Manager - Memory
Job Qualifications 1. Ability to develop customers relationships at management level.
2. Structure and manage complex deals. 3. Knowledge on DRAM and NAND Flash design 4. Excellent communication and presentation skills. 5. Adaptability to change. 6. Good English skill Job Duties 1.Provides technical support through implementation of big deals in strategic accounts of Korea. 2.Understand customer pain & ability to address customer top priorities. 3.Understand customer needs and uncover customer desired objectives, the obstacles to their success and the cost of inaction. 4.Identify key customer projects and decision makers. 5.Engage and interact within customer at various levels understand customer infrastructure and hierarchy. 6.Deliver and deploy solutions to customer satisfaction. Collaborate with field technical team and customer to drive adoptions. 7.Interface with product team.
