Target of position:
Organising, planning, implementing and monitoring Quality Management at Avancis Korea applying the Six Sigma system. Ensuring the international quality standards according ISO for quality management.
 
Position in detail:
I) Area of responsibility

• Close co-operation with the CEO and the MT to ensure first class Quality services within the company
• Development of Quality standards and general rules applying specific and appropriate methods
• Elaborating audit plans, which ensure conformity to legal requirements and lead to an integrated Quality management system, which is globally certified according ISO 9001, 14001 and OHSHA 18001
• Co-operation with the AVANCIS, domestic and international bodies
• Developing and installing strategic goals in all relevant parts of Quality
• Implementing those strategic goals within the company with all consequences for communication, monitoring and adjustment
• Conveying all implications for the company coming from Lean Six Sigma. Training and project management for Six Sigma
• Developing of an effective project management system for Continuous Improvement Process. Implementing and documentation of procedures and status reports
• Budget responsibility for the relevant areas
• Initiating measures and controls to ensure quality

II) Required problem solving skills
        Excellent analytical skills concerning all areas of responsibility (Quality management)
        Deeply understanding Quality problems in a wider / Group wide and industry environments
        Solving optimization problems with regard to Quality topics
 
Requirements for incumbent:

• Black Belt in Six Sigma systems
• Deep and profound knowledge of domestic and international quality like ISO, IEC and UL
• Minimum of 10 years experience in designing and leading a functional Quality including people and resources (from a start-up situation to a global player)
• Fluent in English and Korean
• Excellent social competence
• Very good negotiating skills
• Ability to perform under pressure
