[채용포지션] Application Engineer – OPC
[채용목적] 퇴사자 후임 [자격요건] Job Experience Requirement
1. Bachelor or Master degree in relevant field with preference major in Physics
2. Minimum 5 year experience in foundries tape-out flow integration/automation is preferred
3. Familiar with Calibre SVRF/OPC/RET rule language is a plus
4. Candidates should have a working familiarity of Unix and Linux OS.
5. Proficiency in Unix shell scripting, Tcl, Python and other scripting languages is a plus.
6. Strong analytical and problem solving skills to identify problems and provide solutions
7. Good relationship building skills and fluent speaking/presentation skills in English
[담당업무] Job Duties
1. Providing technical support to customers via telephone, other electronic means and at customer locations
2. Assisting customers in deploying Mentor Graphics' Calibre manufacturing software to solve design challenges
3. Tracking and updating customer issues using defined Mentor Graphics' processes and tracking tools
4. Developing and delivering technical training on new features and product updates
5. Developing technical content for Mentor's knowledgebase
6. Communicating customers' technical requirements as well as customer issues to the product and sales teams
