PKG Test equipment maintenance specialist of SMART Brazil is managing of all equipment. He/she is in charge of MTBF & MTTR control to improve productivity & performance of IC-TEST line in Brazil. And also verify/validate the configuration of new machine/tools by technical review for new products include new spare parts. And he/she generate/revise the specification (document) of new equipment. To skill up of current all technician, presentation skill will be required of the technical Training. One of major roles are set-up of old/new Memory Equipment (H/W) include validation repaired boards and new boards. In addition, monitoring and supporting of COK/Socket/Hi-fix lifetime include spare parts control in maintenance section. Finding root cause of machine trouble and improvement of preventive method. Responsibilities Installation of New equipment installation and operation training to Production team. ( Sorter , Burn-in , TEST , Marking , AOI and Packing ) TEST yield improvement by Equipment engineering and major failure analysis. Execute Preventive Maintenance and generate/revise specification. Improvement of equipment. ( MTTR , MTBF and etc..) Transfer Technical Knowledge to current technician and Engineer in Brazil. Communicate with all suppliers for Engineering activities. Over 10 years proven experience in a similar role. Sorter : JTS 80xx series… MBT(Burn In System) : DI(DM14xx & DM19xx series) , DF , TESTFOS and etc… Tester(ATE) : ADVANTEST(T-series) , Teradyne(Mag2X/5/uFlex ~) and etc… Handler : ADVANTEST , SEMES , MIRAE and JTS(JLS3000)etc… S/W(O/S) : MS office , Unix/Linux (Solaris, redhat , suse ), ADVAN(ASX,FS) , Uflex(IG-XL). Requirements A minimum of 10 years' proven experience in a similar role in the semiconductor industry as a PKG Test equipment maintenance engineer.. Strong knowledge of Equipment maintenance for ATE Tester. Good understanding of the equipment schematics & troubleshooting. Job Description

PKG Test equipment maintenance specialist.
PKG Test equipment maintenance specialist of SMART Brazil is managing of all equipment. He/she is in charge of MTBF & MTTR control to improve productivity & performance of IC-TEST line in Brazil. Responsibilities

Requirements

Ability to travel to local and overseas

Education

College's degree in Electric/Electron/Computer/Semiconductor engineering or equivalent of it.
